Privacy notice

Effective July 30, 2026. This notice covers the market-validation prototype.

Scanner content

Text entered into the interactive scanner is processed locally in your browser. It is not sent to our server, stored by us, or included in analytics events. Detected values and the cleaned result remain in the current page session and are discarded when the page reloads. Do not use the prototype as your only control for highly sensitive or regulated information.

Aggregate product events

We may record events such as landing page viewed, cleaner entry clicked, scan completed, cleaned text copied, version downloaded, locale, campaign parameters, approximate input-size bucket, number of findings, and finding categories. These events do not contain the original text, cleaned result, detected values, replacement tokens, or custom terms. Your browser keeps local counters so an event can be labeled first, second, or repeat use; no cross-site advertising identifier or stable visitor ID is created.

Reservation information

If you reserve access or apply for a pilot, we store the work email, role, team-size range, selected offer, and short use-case description you submit. We use this information to evaluate demand, invite users, and contact you about SafeContext research or access.

Contact requests

If you use the contact form, we store the reply email, request type, message, locale, and submission time you provide. We use it to respond to the request and operate the validation program. Do not include confidential document content in the message.

Retention and requests

Validation records are retained only while the experiment is active and for a reasonable follow-up period. You may request deletion or ask a privacy question through the SafeContext contact form. Select “Privacy or deletion request” so the request can be distinguished from product research.
